Helping Educators Lead with Confidence in the Age of AI. I’m Kristopher Floyd PhD—educator, researcher, and author—but first and always, a teacher at heart.

Over the years, I’ve taught across K–12 and higher education, led classrooms both traditional and digital, and worked with students of all ages to foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. Alongside my teaching experience, I hold a Ph.D. in Marketing and an MBA, which gives me a unique lens on how communication, decision-making, and technology shape the learning experience.

Today, I focus my work on one of the most urgent and exciting questions in education: How do we prepare students to thrive in a world shaped by artificial intelligence—without losing what makes learning human?

AI is already part of our students’ lives. But using it well—ethically, thoughtfully, and creatively—requires more than tools or tips. It requires teachers who are willing to ask bold questions, try new approaches, and help students engage with these technologies as thinkers, not just users.
